Here's what to expect on your first clean.

Before your first clean

  • Have your key or lockbox code ready. We'll collect it in person or over the phone.
  • A quick tidy of clutter off benches and floors means we spend our time cleaning, not moving things.
  • Pets where you told us, so everyone's relaxed.

On clean day

  • We arrive in your regular timeslot. Running more than 30 minutes behind? You'll get a text.
  • Same small team every time, so we learn your home the way you like it.
  • When we're done, you'll get an "All done" text with photos of each room.

Our guarantee

  • Anything missed? Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it, free.
